Dear Guest,

I would like to offer my sincere sympathy to the people living in the regions hit by Typhoon No.21.

Because of the strong wind yesterday, the ceilling of the entrance and the glass in front of the entrance are broken.

According to these situation, we sincerely apologize for our guests’ tremendous inconveniences.

Now we are proceeding restoration work urgently. There is no damage to the facility inside the hotel so rooms and restaurants are normally open.

We are hoping the early recovery of those who were victims of the Typhoon as soon as possible.
